The culture of your organization is being built by everyone within it and by those who engage with it, moreso as a shared responsibility rather than being predetermined from the top, as done in the past. Society today has moving parts with the unique ability to move like a wave or a flock of birds. The parts make up the sum and you have to know what those parts want to manage some control.
